Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.tusca.ca or registering for a TUSCA membership or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

  2. Membership and Eligibility

Membership is granted at the discretion of TUSCA. Members agree to provide accurate information and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values of sportsmanship and cultural respect promoted by the Association.

  3. Business Partner Discounts (The "No-Liability" Clause)

TUSCA provides its members with access to discounts and promotions from third-party business partners.

    • Independent Entities: These partners are independent businesses and are not owned, operated, or controlled by TUSCA.

    • Terms of Use: All discounts are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and expiration dates set by the partner business.

    • Dispute Resolution: TUSCA is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or losses arising from a member's interaction with a business partner. Any issues regarding products, services, or the honoring of a discount must be settled directly with that business.

  4. Financial Disclosures

    • No Tax Receipts: TUSCA is a non-profit organization but is not currently a "Qualified Donee" under Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) rules. Therefore, we cannot issue official donation receipts for income tax purposes.

    • Refunds: Registration fees for tournaments and events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific event registration form.

  5. Code of Conduct

All participants in TUSCA-sanctioned events (including the Trillion Unity Cup) must adhere to our code of conduct. We reserve the right to revoke membership or registration for unsportsmanlike behavior or actions that bring the Association into disrepute.

  6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUSCA, its directors, and volunteers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our sports programs or the use of our website.

  7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
